For more information about our policies, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/research\/support\/policies\">see our Policies page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pre-award<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cindy Shirley<\/strong>: budget development, kick-off meetings with PIs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kelsey Bolinger<\/strong>: proposal package and budget development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leena Perera<\/strong>: creates eGC1s for UW Bothell faculty<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Post-award<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cindy Shirley<\/strong>: manages Faculty Effort Certifications (FECs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leena Perera<\/strong>: fiscal compliance contact, manages GCCRs for staff effort, approves cost transfers for faculty, reconciles all grant budgets for faculty, quarterly check-ins and kick-off meetings with UW Bothell faculty PIs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to her role in the Office of Sponsored Research, <strong>Cindy Shirley<\/strong> also serves UW Bothell with a dotted-line to the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) in Seattle.  OSP reviews and submits proposals to external sponsors and accepts funding on behalf of the University for research, instruction, and other sponsored activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OSP supports the research community by establishing policies related to sponsored program funding, providing guidance and consultation, and serving as a formal liaison with the sponsor on administrative changes  throughout the life of the award.  Cindy is available to answer questions related to your project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indirect cost recovery distribution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>足彩app哪个是正规的 indirect cost recovery division at UW Bothell is as follows: 60% of the funds received go to the Office of Sponsored Research.  足彩app哪个是正规的 remaining 40% go to the School\/Center, who have their own distribution guidelines.
