You\u2019ll use the same form to apply for either position, or both! Just indicate your preferences when you apply. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After application review, selected candidates will be invited to participate in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Group Interviews in January.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-right:0;margin-left:0;padding-right:0;padding-left:0\">Individual Interviews in February. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Final offers are typically extended in late February or early March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage all students to apply, even if you\u2019ve never held a leadership position before. We\u2019re looking for potential, enthusiasm, and a desire to support new students.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-purple-300-color has-text-color\">Orientation Leader versus Peer Coach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Both positions support incoming students through the Orientation and Transition Programs Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-right:0;margin-left:0\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Orientation Leaders<\/strong> play a key role in welcoming new students and their families during Advising &amp; Orientation. You\u2019ll help create a positive first impression of UW Bothell by facilitating small groups, conducting campus tours, and interacting with both families and students. This role is ideal for students who enjoy public speaking, teamwork, and building community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Peer Coaches<\/strong> support new students beyond orientation by helping them adjust to college life during their first quarter. You&#8217;ll lead small group sessions at Advising &amp; Orientation, meet one-on-one with students throughout fall quarter and help students set goals and connect with campus resources! This role is great for students who enjoy mentoring, listening, and helping others succeed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-purple-300-color has-text-color\">Eligibility Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To be considered for either position, applicants must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be a full-time <strong><u>undergraduate<\/u><\/strong> student throughout their entire position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a cumulative and quarterly <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">minimum<\/span><u> GPA of 2.5<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be in good academic and conduct standing with the University.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have or be able to obtain a Social Security Number. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>International students are welcome but must <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/international-student-services\/\">confirm their work eligibility with International 足彩app哪个是正规的 Services<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-highlight-paragraph\">*We hire students on Work Study!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-purple-300-color has-text-color\">Interview Preparation <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You don&#8217;t need any prior job experience to apply, just a willingness to learn and grow! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To help prepare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meet with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/career-services\/appointments\">Career Services<\/a> for interview and resume help.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reflect on your strengths, experiences, and why you want to support new students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Peer Coach and Orientation Leader applications open November 24, 2025 and close January 12, 2026.
