Our policy is to maintain confidentiality in all our coaching and tutoring sessions with students. In your session, remember to be yourself and be open to a meaningful conversation. We\u2019re here to help you make progress\u2013even if you don\u2019t know where to start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Quantitative Skills Center (QSC)<\/strong>: You can expect a focused, collaborative session where a tutor helps you understand concepts, not check your work or give answers, by talking through specific questions about what you\u2019ve already attempted. Our focus is on helping you learn material, not completing assignments. Whether in person or on Zoom, you\u2019ll join a queue, meet with the first available tutor for your subject, share your problem (via notes, screenshots, or screen share), and work together to clarify what\u2019s confusing, explore strategies, and build confidence to continue independently. Sessions last about 30 minutes, and you can return to the queue anytime you need more help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Writing & Communication Center (WaCC)<\/strong>: Rather than editing your paper, our writing tutors will provide strategies to help you improve your writing. We\u2019ll highlight what you\u2019re doing well, ask clarifying questions, show you examples for revision, and offer suggestions that will help you through the writing process with work you can be proud of.
