Print dialog window<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Using Microsoft Excel as an example, the following is the macOS system print dialogue window. It shows the selected printer from a drop-down menu and other settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the Job Log pop-up window that opens, check the Enable User Code <\/strong>box and type in your assigned print code number. Select OK<\/strong> to save and close.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Save the assigned print code as preset<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After entering the assigned print code under Job Log, select the Default Settings <\/strong>dropdown menu in the Presets <\/strong>section and select Save Current Settings as Preset\u2026<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter a descriptive name in the Preset field<\/strong>, select the All printers<\/strong> radio button, then the OK<\/strong> button. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In future printing, you may select this newly created preset and the print code will be embedded. A new preset can be created if the assigned print code has changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please select the desired Ricoh printer first<\/strong> and select the Printer…<\/strong> button at the bottom of this dialogue box to open the macOS system print dialogue box and continue to select the saved preset as outlined in the previous section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Select any Ricoh printer on the list and then select Printer preferences<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Under the Detailed Settings<\/strong> tab, select the Job Setup <\/strong>menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Type your assigned print code in the User Code<\/strong> text field.
