Signage is located in all rooms identifying the type of room, and a <a href=\"https:\/\/uwnetid.sharepoint.com\/sites\/uwb-act\/SitePages\/UW-Bothell-Classroom-Technology.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">list of rooms and type is also available online<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: Accessing tutorials requires logging in with your NetID<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons alignwide is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-a89b3969 wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-dark-purple-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/uwnetid.sharepoint.com\/sites\/uwb-act\/SitePages\/Traditional-Classrooms.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Traditional<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-dark-purple-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/uwnetid.sharepoint.com\/sites\/uwb-act\/SitePages\/Face-to-Face-Classrooms.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Face-to-face Enhanced<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-dark-purple-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/uwnetid.sharepoint.com\/sites\/uwb-act\/SitePages\/Blended-Enhanced-Classrooms.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Blended enhanced<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"Standard Hardware\" name=\"Standard Hardware\"><\/a>Standard Hardware<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All rooms share the same basic hardware:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Computer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desk phone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Touch panel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keyboard and mouse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Webcam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PowerPoint remote<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laptop connectivity cable (HDMI, USB-C, or VGA, depending on the room)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each standard classroom typically has the computer in the bottom-right cabinet, and any available A\/V equipment can be found to the left of it. 足彩app哪个是正规的 above ePodium has, from top to bottom: a DVD player, a VCR, and a Blu Ray player (available by request).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On top of the podium you can find the touch panel, the podium monitor, a webcam, and a reading light on one side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On top of the podium on the other side you&#8217;ll find the computer monitor, the desk phone, and the laptop cable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the keyboard tray you can find the keyboard, mouse, PowerPoint remote, and spare batteries for any device in the tray that may need them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"Using the Computer\" name=\"Using the Computer\"><\/a>Using the Computer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Signing In<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can sign in to a podium computer either with your NetID or with the public podium credentials (the username and password for these credentials are posted on each podium).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not have a NetID then please speak to your Department Coordinator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To sign in with your NetID, enter your username as YourNetID@netid, then enter your password into the password field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Things to Know<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data on the podium computers may be erased at any time, so do not save anything important onto the podium computer. Instead, save any important files onto your <a href=\"https:\/\/uwconnect.uw.edu\/it?id=kb_article_view&amp;sysparm_article=KB0034495\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">U: Drive<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Always log off of your account when leaving the classroom to ensure that your account is secure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If using the public podium credentials, be sure to always sign out of online accounts, do not sync cloud data, and do not save web browser passwords.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"Need More Help?\" name=\"Need More Help?\"><\/a>Need More Help?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/uwashington.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_cA55sLYBqZLYfVc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Classroom &amp; Meeting Room Services Request form<\/a> if you need any additional technology or services to be provided for your class. On this form you can find a wide array of services and deployable hardware, including document cameras and Blu-ray players. We are also able to provide one-on-one trainings for the classroom technology if this page doesn&#8217;t answer all of your questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are teaching class and need immediate Helpdesk assistance during the regular operating hours of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/it\/get-help\">UW Bothell IT Helpdesk page<\/a>, please use the desk phone to call 2-3456.
