All contributed to the conference theme, \u201cAnother University is Possible: Praxis, Activism, and the Promise of Critical Pedagogy.\u201d  <a href=\"\/ias\/faculty-and-staff\/bruce-burgett\">Bruce Burgett<\/a> organized and moderated the opening plenary, \u201c足彩app哪个是正规的 University in 足彩app哪个是正规的ory; or, 足彩app哪个是正规的 Future of Fugitive Study.\u201d  He also co-chaired the conference site committee and participated in two sessions: \u201cPutting the University in the Red, or the Art of Not Saying \u2018No,\u2019\u201d organized by <a href=\"\/ias\/faculty-and-staff\/s-charusheela\">S. Charusheela<\/a>, and \u201cKeywords for (Asian) (American) Cultural Studies.\u201d  Charusheela also organized a praxis session, \u201cTake Back the Economy,\u201d along with Master of Arts in Cultural Studies students Chrysta Storm and Mollie Wolf, and IAS undergraduate student Christopher Jones.  <a href=\"\/ias\/faculty-and-staff\/christian-anderson\">Christian Anderson<\/a> also organized and chaired a praxis session on \u201cAcademic Worker Inquiry.\u201d  Master of Arts in Cultural students Dominique Garcia, Alexandra Holien, and Chrysta Storm presented on a panel, \u201cExamining the Fault Lines in Cultural Institutions,\u201d while Janelle Davis, Julie Hurst, and Concetta Leggio presented on a second panel, \u201cMany Stories are Possible: Re-Imagining Representation.\u201d  Finally, <a href=\"\/ias\/faculty-and-staff\/jed-murr\">Jed Murr<\/a> participated in a roundtable, \u201cAfter the University: Abolition and the Aesthetics of Preservation.\u201d  Burgett and Charusheela happily attended their last meeting as members of the CSA executive committee.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\n\tTwelve IAS faculty members and students participated in the 2015 Cultural Studies Association (CSA) conference, engaging in activities ranging from plenary sessions and roundtables to workshops and seminars.
