IAS faculty members presented at 2015 Teaching and Learning Symposium<\/a>. Gary Carpenter<\/a>, Deborah Jacoby<\/a>, and Julie Shayne<\/a> all presented in their capacity as Community Based Learning and Research Fellows<\/a>. Carpenter’s project was titled “Arts of Social Transformation;” Jacoby’s was “Creative Engagement Through Community-Based Learning,” and Shayne’s was “Researching and Archiving Local Feminist Activism: A Pilot Assignment.” Rebecca Price<\/a> also presented two different projects, “Photo-elicitation Celebrates Postdoctoral Success in Hit the Ground Running” and “Training Biomedical Postdocs in State-of-the-art Teaching Strategies.” Ursula Valdez<\/a> presented her project “Intercultural Learning as an Opportunity to Solve Global Environmental Issues.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
