IAS faculty member Anida Yoeu Ali is exhibiting 足彩app哪个是正规的 Buddhist Bug series at the Michael C. Carlos Museum in Atlanta on the campus of Emory University from January 29 – May 15, 2022. Her works are part of a group exhibition titled “And I Must Scream.” 足彩app哪个是正规的 installation of the 40 meter saffron-colored garment is on view alongside four photos and four videos from her internationally renown series addressing displacement amidst the shifting urban and rural landscapes of Cambodia. 足彩app哪个是正规的 exhibition includes an extensive public program featuring live performances and an artist talk with Ali scheduled for mid-March 2022.
“足彩app哪个是正规的 exhibition seeks out the voices of the artists to explore incomprehensible man-made issues and aims to connect artists from a range of countries. 足彩app哪个是正规的se ten artists’ important work, and the monumental crises their art confronts, bring vital conversations to the forefront in a way only art can,” Amanda Hellman (curator) said.
足彩app哪个是正规的 10 artists featured in the exhibition include: Lae?la Adjovi (Benin/France), Anida Yoeu Ali (Cambodia/USA), Steve Bandoma (DRC), Amie Esslinger (USA), Ganzeer, (Egypt), Cannupa Hanska Luger (USA-Mandan, Hidatsa, Arikara, Lakota), Thameur Mejri (Tunisia), Kahn & Selesnick (USA & UK), and Yinka Shonibare (UK), and Fabrice Monteiro (Benin/Belgium).
