Tracy Gojdics is a higher education leader with more than 23 years of experience in enrollment strategy, marketing, and academic program management. As Senior Director for Academic Programs at the University of Washington Bothell School of Business, she oversees undergraduate and graduate operations, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Tracy is known for her data-driven, student-centered approach and passion for building equitable pathways and fostering industry collaboration.
