Jessica’s professional journey spans both the private sector and higher education. Her early career in business and information technology provided her with a strong analytical foundation and a deep understanding of how innovation shapes organizational growth. Her passion for academia and student development led her to join the Foster School of Business as a coach for both prospective and current students. In this capacity, she guided students through academic planning and professional goal setting, helping them navigate the complexities of their professional journey. At UW Bothell, Jessica oversees the admissions process for graduate programs, leads signature student events, and supports students as they progress through their graduate studies.
