Winter 2026 Group Fitness Schedule: January 12-March 13

足彩app哪个是正规的 Winter 2026 Group Fitness Schedule is here! This quarter, we are offering a wide variety of classes with more offerings! Attend your favorite Dance Cardio, Yoga Restorative, and Total Body Strength class twice a week. Pilates, Yoga Vinyasa, Indoor Cycling Express, and Barre are also coming back this quarter.

Our Group fitness classes are open to all abilities, skill levels, and genders. Group Fitness Instructors provide modifications for all levels and all abilities to ensure that everyone can take a step toward meeting their fitness goals. Our ARC certified Group Fitness Instructors are top-quality, providing a workout experience that is sure to captivate you!

Register online myARC Member Portal or in-person at the Fitness Center 5-10 minutes before class time starts. Those that arrive more than 5 minutes late will not be able to participate.

Group Fitness Finals Week Schedule

During Finals Week (March 16-20) we will be offering a modified schedule. This Finals Week Schedule will include Mindful Mondays hosted by UWB Counseling, Pilates, Barre, and Yoga Restorative. See the dates and times below. Relax and take a study break by attending one or more of the classes this week.

Glow Yoga Power

Find your inner glow and leave feeling empowered by attending this Glow Yoga Power class hosted by ARC Fitness. Yoga Power is a form of Vinyasa with a faster pace that focuses on building strength and endurance while incorporating mindfulness.?

Time: 2:00-2:45PM

Location: Lower Level, Fitness Center Studio

ARC Programs Collaboration Request

Interested in collaborating with the ARC Programs team? Fantastic! We look forward to learning more about what you have in mind. 

With the expertise of our Group Fitness Instructors, you have the chance to host a fun fitness event for your community. Areas of fitness include Yoga, Mindfulness, Indoor Cycling, Strength, and Pilates. Our Fitness team is happy to work with specific needs or accommodations, just let us know!

Please fill out the ARC Programs Collaboration Request Form as thoroughly as possible with details about your collaboration request. Please note: we ask that you contact us at least four weeks in advance with any collaboration requests so that we can gather all the resources we need to make the event possible.
